We were recommended Dream Cabs by a friend, and we were delighted by the service we received. Thomasz was our driver for our day to Auschwitz and the Salt Mines, he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and made our day very enjoyable.
Hello, We are four Canadian adults that travelled to Krakow and then on to Prague in August 2014. We found Artur and Dream Cab on a website prior to our trip and did our best to check he and his company out prior to booking. We arranged for two things from Artur. Pick us up at the Krakow airport and transfer us to our hotel (the metropolitan - a great choice). And, at the end of our stay, transfer us from Krakow to Prague as we were catching a river cruise from there. We agreed on the type of payment and amount of these services prior to leaving. Upon arrival, Artur was waiting at the airport as we exited from the baggage area. He was holding a sign with our name on it making it very easy for us to find him. His cab was more than we expected and very much what we hoped for. It was a modern, very clean, large vehicle that accommodated the four of us and all our luggage comfortably. Artur speaks good english and he told us the sites and interesting information on our way to the hotel. As well, he answered questions about currency, where to buy things etc., which was most helpful. The four of us agreed ahead of time that if we found Artur and his cab comfortable we would go ahead and book him for a city tour and possibly have him arrange for transfers and tours of the Salt Mine and Auschwitz-Birkenau. Upon arriving at the hotel we were so satisfied, we went ahead and asked him to make the arrangements. Booking Aushwitz through him was one of the best things we did. The line-ups for people that went on their own without booking ahead were huge! Each time, Artur got us to the locations and insured we were in the right place and settled before leaving us. One exception was that Artur had a pre-committment for the day we wanted to tour the city of Krakow and so he arranged for an alternate person to provide the tour. While this person was very nice something was lost in translation from what Artur said would be covered and what actually happened. It wasn't terribly bad but the city tour was much shorter than expected. The next day, we gave that feedback to Artur who was most apologetic and gracious in accepting our feedback. He said he was glad to receive it and would discuss it with the driver to insure their service improves when they fill in for each other. The trip to Prague was a lengthy ride. We took along lunch boxes from the hotel to avoid delays but Artur was willing to stop for bathroom breaks whenever needed. The trip was good and we got to see the Polish countryside with Artur answering questions but not talking too much as it was a lengthy ride. All and all, the four of us feel he was one of the best things that happened on our trip. I would not go to Krakow again without insuring I had him looking after us. Last June I visited Krakow with my siblings and their partners and our five days holiday was marvelous - mostly due to DreamCab and lovely Artur! Everything was so professionally organized, easy and fun. Actually we got a trip to Poland not only Krakow. Artur was our guide to polish history, culture and nowaday living. We will warmly recommend his services!
Having Artur for the day to take us to the Saltmines was fantastic. He made everything so easy. We were picked up from our hotel and he organised our tickets, an English tour and was waiting for us afterwards. I would recommend him to anybody - he is somebody that is both courteous and who looks to go that extra mile to ensure that his passengers are looked after and have a great time.
That was awesome! We've enjoyed visiting Auschwitz with Dream Cab. It was all like "just in time" - fine organized and driver was also very helpful. Whole tour was so good that we choose to see Wieliczka Salt Mine with the same driver next day. THANKS DREAMCAB!

Really professional driver, very good organization. We even didn't have to stay in a queue, Dream Cab guy bought tickets for us. After tour we've chosen the same driver to drove us back to airport. I have to admit he was again amazingly punctual. His English was also very fluent. I would recommend Dream Cab services to anyone. PS. It's a pitty that we haven't had enough time to visit the Salt Mine as well.
